RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At HandcraftedChikankari, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and making your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Please review our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

By placing an order, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

We accept exchanges in the following cases: if you have received a damaged product, the wrong size, or an incorrect product. To claim a missing product, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof of the issue.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at handcraftedchikankari@gmail.com to request an exchange and receive the return address details. Alternatively, you may use the exchange form included in your parcel.

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. We do not provide a reverse pickup service, and shipping costs for returns must be covered by the customer.

Once we receive your parcel, we will process the exchange within 3-5 working days. All exchanges must be requested within 10 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original labels, tags, and packaging intact. It must be returned in the original outer packaging provided by us. The package must also include your order details and order number for verification.

We do not accept exchanges for earrings or accessories due to hygiene reasons.
